What differant you ask?????????????Jayson White.Nate was the ROSE BOWL NVP.But Nate could not carry Jaysons Jock strap.Belieave me on this one.I was a fan of a La. boy getting the job by the name of Brett Rawls.Brent had the BEST arm coming out of HS I had EVER seen.Watch both in practice & our spring game.White is the real deal.If you think you will rattle him with sacks,for get it unless you put him out of the game.If that happens your defense better be prepaired for a run pass guy.That may be the worst thing that happens for you.I know Nick is gearing his defense for White.But remember this.NO MAN to MAN defense has EVER beat a Stoops team.

Let's go point by point... I'm guessing you meant foe, and not fow...Here's hoping that your players for your favorite team pay more attention in English Composition than you did... We are not talking about last year. We are talking about this year. When did your season last year count towards this season? That's right, it doesn't, and having to lean on it to bring it up as some sort of example is merely you pulling a Christmas Time Tiny Tim Crutch out... Last year we were Top 10, and then OUR starter at QB went down to a career threatening injury...and our starting safety blew dozure three times in one season and finally went AWOL before getting unceremoniously dumped in midseason... The season went rocky from there on out, having to face the heart of our conference schedule with a quarterback with ZERO experience coming into the season still working his way back from an ACL tear in the SPRING GAME, on a play where he just dropped back and blew his knee. Untouched, a lot like your guy...Only ours was back trying to pry the starting QB job in August...How long did J White's take him to come back from? As an example of what happens to our defense when our safety goes out...Our safety flunked out due to "Da Herb" last year and our defense went from top ranked in the nation to ending up around 8th or 9th, and we got pasted because he has to make the checks, stop the run, blitz, read the play, call the checks, set the coverage, and basically quarterback the defense. One more example...Our LONE loss this year came in a game in which this year's starting safety missed due to injury... But, if I'm not mistaken, I have NEVER brought up last year...I have NEVER brought up our quarterback's injuries and what happened when we lost him last year...I have NEVER brought up him being the difference maker, though it's apparent to any blind man that he obviously is... Now, back to your post...Sorry, I got tripped up by all this stuff you brought up about season's past that have nothing to do with this year in a feeble attempt to make yourself (not me) feel better about your quarterback situation... Your quarterback faced one defense that put pressure on him all year, and he (and your offensive line, your passing game, and your offense as a whole) wilted...Wilted like a rose under the french fry lamp at McDonald's... Kansas State is no LSU...and you can ask ANYONE about that... They beat your quarterback's butt into the dirt, and had him rattled...Say what you like...They not only RATTLED him, they HURT him...This is verifiable by the quotes in the paper from YOUR OWN COACH from yesterday! They said they were warming up the backup because, "...you could tell he was hurt...bad," So, you can hurt White, and you can rattle White... and it's OBVIOUS that as White goes, so goes your offense. You are a one dimensional offensive team. No one, not Ole Miss, not Louisiana Tech (Top 30 offense nationally), not Georgia (TWICE), not Arkansas (Another Top 30 offense) could pass OR RUN ON US! You say that we will face a dual threat quarterback if White goes down...almost conceding the fact that indeed LSU's defense could put White out of the biggest game of his life...What kind of concession is THAT to make? Well, all I can say to that is Matt Jones has terorrized the conference for a few years...Leading Houston Nutt and his merry band of arrested developmental thugs to 8-9 win seasons each year he's been around... He's a DUAL threat, and he's done it ON THE FIELD, which your backup hasn't done...We STUFFED HIS ASS, too! Face it, my man...We've gone up against a top offensive team in Georgia and shut them down-TWICE. We went up against a top offensive club in Ole Miss (Which had THIRTY FIFTH YEAR SENIORS, ALONG WITH MANNING!) which had the best collegiate quarterback in the nation this year, and a first team all conference receiver in Collins...and we SHUT THEM DOWN. Manning had his WORST DAY OF THE YEAR AGAINST US, AT HOME! We've gone up against "allegedly" more physical teams like Auburn, and PUNKED THEIR ASSES OUT BY THE END OF THE FIRST QUARTER (21-0)... We've gone up against teams that were leading the conference in scoring and offense (Arkansas), and we tatooed their asses... We ruined David Greene's short-lived Heisman campaign...We ruined Eli's shot at the hardware, and you can thank US for that! We shut down legitimate all conference, All-American running backs, NFL draft picks, offensive wizards, and All-World quarterbacks at every turn... We didn't check out in crunch time and mail it in when a big defense and a half-ass quarterback with an amazing ground game came up and punched us in the mouth... We just sacked up-WITH A TITLE ON THE LINE-and whipped Georgia's ass-ON THE ROAD IN A DEFACTO HOME GAME IN ATLANTA-for the SECOND TIME IN ONE YEAR... In the face of all the pundits picking against us...In the face of everyone writing about how difficult it is to beat a team twice in one year...In the face of all the hype out west...In the face of you all doing a FACE PLANT IN KANSAS CITY!...We just went out and kicked ass.... We did it against running teams (like Cadillac at Auburn, and aganist Shaud Williams and Alabama)...We did it against option teams (like Top 30 offense and future NFL draft pick Cedric Cobbs, and QB Matt Jones and first team all-american Shaun Andrews at tackle) like Arkansas...We did it against teams that just wing it down the field...Like Top 30 offenses such as Louisiana Tech...and we did it against Top FIVE COMPETITION like GEORGIA...TWICE IN ONE YEAR! They had a TOP TEN DEFENSE...and we SHREDDED THEM for 400+ yards, man! Say your prayers, and press your rosaries to your lips...The only interventions you all will get-other than your family members thinking you're on drugs for expecting a Sooners win-is a DIVINE one... It's OVAH, and you don't even know it! White will be forced to win the game alone, and he will wilt against an entire defensive juggernaut like this LSU team! Stoops will suffer the stinging taste of defeat on the highest of stages...and LSU will hoist the trophy, screw the naysayers out West and in the Northeast, and bring the title back to the...
