Can this be backed up with facts? I doubt it. Conspirisy theories abound when something hard to explain happens like Jan 9. Usually the simple explanation is accurate. In this case I can't see outside pressure in the debacle and keeping JJ in the game.
It is speculation on my part I admit, but based on the past couple of games, I believe Les took a cautious route when he saw how poorly the O was working (JJ, O line et al). Rather than taking a chance for the game to get out of hand with TOs he held the O back in hopes of a special teams play or Defensive TO to spark the offense. In one sense it worked; we were in the game till the TD by Richardson (with only 4 or so minutes left). In another it didn't because nothing happened and we lost. Les deserves criticism for his actions but accusations like the above or any of the fight theories fly in the face of the whole year's experience.
As always we should be open to facts coming out and if there are any please share them.

Absurd, yes.But you never know what a selfish 22 year old kid with parents help can do. Again, this caused a division on the team which manifested in the days leading up to the game. But it all stemmed from repercussions from Shady's.
