Dallas isn't horrible, actually--especially if you can stay off of 75, 635, and 35. The surface streets actually move along nicely, and the roads are plotted out well, as are the light cycles. Plano, in spite of having 300,000 people, also has relatively little traffic. It's always moving because the surface streets are all 6-8 lanes in each direction. Rarely do I sit through more than one traffic light. Baton Rouge traffic kills me, and in my opinion, Chicago is the worst of the worst with traffic.
