The man is a nut. You are probably right about the Arkansas law eventually being stricken down and the monument removed. So why wouldn't the guy just wait for the law to take it's course? I'll tell you why. The guy is a wacko who is dangerous to himself and to other people as well. He should be incarcerated either in prison or in a mental institution.
