i asked before, but lemme try again. can you describe a scenario where it would be ok to call a black person a nigger? like if they cut in line? or they stole your phone? killed your parents? where is the line where it becomes acceptable?

lets say for example, idi amin. he killed many. terrible massacres of thousands. would you say its ok to say idi amin is a nigger?

 

given that there are words for basically every race that means an idiot of a certain type, i wonder if there could ever be a word that means dumb black person. or are we to imagine that dumb people only exist in the form of rednecks and hilbillies etc.

we even have a new word specifically for annoying white women: karens. can we make up a similar word for black women? you say it first i dont want to get in trouble.
