WTF is a newly elected congressman supposed to do with his/her previously owned stock portfolio? Maybe they have a 401K or IRA for retirement. Warren sounds stupid and impractical. What if you are a Pelosi who has been in congress for life? Her husband wouldn't be allowed to make all of that money that he made for them. There is something between not being allowed to own stock and not being allowed to trade.
