When Texas passed an anti-abortion law that BLATANTLY violated a previous a US Supreme Court ruling, Roe v. Wade, this present wingnut court refused to issue a stay, even when Texans are being actively damaged by the new anticonstitutional law.

Today, in contrast, this wingnut partisan hack court placed a halt on a lower Federal court order that struck down an Alabama redistricting plan that dilutes black votes and violates the Voting Rights Act.
