the simple reality is that SEC football is on another level than everyone else LSU would kill OSU 41-14 this year just like florida did last year

I disagree. The only thing they solidified tonight is that they are still undefeated. Their schedule is a freaking joke. While I understand that it is not completely their fault since the Big Ten decided to take the year off, it is still a ridiculous schedule. If you take the first letter from the first four opponents it spells YAWN. Penn St. is an average football team that relies on a very inconsistant qb. If you ask me, I would love to play Ohio St. in the NC game. We match up very well against them but their is still alot of football to be played. At least for us.:hihi:

I was impressed with Ohio State Saturday night. From the middle of the first quarter onward, it was clear the game was a mismatch.

I was impressed that the Buckeyes handled the tough road environment so easily, though it was against an inferior opponent.

LSU should have done the same at Lexington.

The difference, of course, is that this was the first big game OSU played all year. (LSU had already butted heads with VaTech, USC, and UF by the time they visited UK--and all those teams, I think, are better than Penn St.)

OSU's second consecutive tough game comes next Saturday when a decent Wisconsin team visits Columbus.

LSU gets its shot to make up for its poor road showing vs. Kentucky next Saturday at Tuscaloosa.
