I don't think we have ever been able to stop the penalties in the Les Miles era. Alabama, on the other hand, is like a well oiled machine, nearly leading the nation in least penalties every season.
LSU would need to win the turnover battle by 4 to win this game. That's how far apart these two teams are from each other.
Or we need to keep feeding the ball to our impressive stable of running backs and keep the ball away from Slutty Mom's son and dominate the clock. I agree that turnovers and penalties are a huge concern and the Alabama probably has a superior team this year...but the game is played on the field last time I checked and it's anyone game's until a victor prevails. The sad part is that if LSU wins by running the ball down their throat and dominating time of possession there will be many so called fans around here that will bitch that Miles won, bitch that Miles "won't let Cam run his offense", or find something else ridiculous to bitch about.
Or, and perhaps more accurate, is the fact that SEC constantly looks away from it, no matter how obvious the infraction.
