Giving up the 44 to Georgia looks worse now than it did when we played them. I just chalked it up to the inevitable of a sub par defense going up against a great offense. But that is not a great offense and we should have never given up 44 points. That was such a poor job of coaching and game planning. TCU is junk. Florida is junk. Ole Miss nearly fielded a high school team against us. MSU has Mullen. Auburn is still a wait and see. They could easily lose to Georgia and then get blasted by Bama. So I agree with Pride, this schedule ain't looking like much.
"Sarcasm" Anyway, don't sit there and try to tell me that if LSU won the 2011 BCS trophy you wouldn't claim it. Also we lost to UGA..... Therefore yea, 1 team we have beaten has a "winning" record. Auburn. The others have a losing record or are .500 teams....... Our schedule is NOT hard.....
Cry more about playing a .500 UF team and a 3 loss UGA team. Murders row. You play who you play. Nutt up and deal with it.
Miles was the reason that team was 13-0 heading into that championship game though. But hey I understand if you want to totally dismiss Miles as a coach as it serves your agenda. Rule# 1. Don't give Miles credit for anything good. Rule # 2. Miles has nothing to do with recruiting, LSU recruits for itself. Rule # 3. If we have a lack of talent or depth at a position it is Miles fault. Rule # 4. Anything that goes wrong is Miles fault. If LSU tries to pass for a first down and the receiver drops the ball it was a bad decision. If LSU tries to run the ball for the first down it was a bad decision. If a play is successful credit goes to Cameron. If a play is not successful it was a boneheaded decision by Miles. Rule # 5. Any decision made by Miles was a boneheaded decision even if it worked. Any decision made by Saban was the correct call no matter what the outcome.
Sigh. I simply said Miles was the reason LSU was not 14-0. Take it how you want. I haven't seen a single person try to take away what he "HAS" done...
this has to do with recruiting and development, 11 guys going to the NFL, with no plan to get backups meaningful time and it shows right now. Its like the QB situation next year, its really a toss up.
