like Shockey = the savior of the Saints, eh? Paul is a great player. the best PG in the NBA. Paul praise never bugged me. It's people who proclaim West and Chandler and all those other guys to be big-time players, because they are merely average players who feed off Paul's greatness.
I'm not sure I ever said he was the savior. I did say I thought he would improve the offense, and it would appear I was wrong on that. Although, it would be hard to know for sure since he was INJURED 3/4 of the season Sorry for being optimistic for my team, can sometimes lead me to be a tad irrational. Sounds like a pretty level headed response. I can go for that as well.
It was cool to see him at the PMAC Saturday. I like CP3 although I don't follow the NBA as much as college bb.
Was cool indeed. He was not exactly cheering for LSU, though. Quite the opposite for he and Mr. Posey.
A little off topic (or maybe not), but I don't understand the NBA scheduling at all, and this year is a disadvantage to the Hornets. The Hornets played their 41st game last night, putting them with the least number of games played by two games. There are some teams that have played 46 games. That means the Hornets have to play catch up in the 2nd half of the season, playing more games in back-to-back nights, which will eventually wear them down and devastate them should any player get nicked up and miss a few days (which could also equal a few games).
....? how is it a disadvantage? All it means is they had an advantage in the 1st half. Everyone plays 82 games. I understand what you're saying and it shoudl be more evenly spread out, but it's not really a disadvantage.
