dude, i tried to ask you direct question and divert your attention back to the issue. i thought it was a fascinating topic. its the whole reason this wall st is happening. the income gap. i think people fool average dummies into bad policy by continuing to mention the income gap. i say that it is a natural result of healthy free enterprise. i think it is fascinating to discuss. like we said, it is not a zero sum game.

And you are absolutely wrong, once again. Really overtly, this time.

It's impossible. I own many mutual funds, each of which buys and sells stocks daily. On the stocks that I own directly, I have done the due diligence.

Who says they aren't? Their grievance is social and economic inequality, corporate greed, and the influence of corporate money and lobbyists on government. Wall Street is obviously where they started, but it is spreading out.

History tells us that when the wealth gets concentrated into the hands of a diminishing few it tens to foment insurrection, civil war, nation collapse, and revolution.

See: The Roman empire, The European aristocracies, The colonial empires, The Soviet Union, The Arab Spring and hundreds of other examples.

America was something new and it was great because of its huge and prosperous middle class. Very few poor, very few rich. A land of opportunity.

Sarcasm bro. My point being the only time a wealth gap matters is when there is a finite amount of wealth.

If they are it's not being reported. I've searched ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and CNN and haven't seen any evidence. I've seen stories of these people distributing home addresses and confronting people at home yet I haven't seen or heard anything about targeting left-leaning rich 1%ers.

If it exists...PLEASE add the link, photo, etc. I can't imaging these people would have a political agenda or exercise double-standards or hypocrisy. I'll give them the benefit but need PROOF. So far it doesn't exist.

What are the answers to so-called social injustice? If you could ask these people for their remedy what response do you expect?

    1) "Give me a chance."
    2) "Give me an opportunity."
    3) "Give me money and punish those who's political ideology differs from mine."

If they were honest I bet the majority would say...#3.

"Economic inequality"...Who gets to determine what this means? If I want want someone else has...is that economic inequality...or envy...or greed...or jealousy...or lust?

If I'm more educated than the majority of NBA players...am I underpaid? Is that inequality? Why are certain "talents" given a waiver for greed (actors, athletes, politicians, "green" corporations, union leaders, etc.) yet those who use their brain to succeed are considered greedy?

Why should these protesters be allowed to determine the fair market value for a career? They may have a point on a few issues...money's influence on politics, etc. but most of their "problems" or "issues" are self-inflicted. People need to get over this "woe for me" attitude.

This is America...if you can't make it here you have nobody to blame but the person you see in the mirror! :usaflagwa

    Socialism is NOT the answer!

those are places with oppression on a scale nothing like what we have here. and we are in no danger whatsoever of insurrection and revolution. the people that protest are just there for the chicks.

the poor now are only relatively poor. they are much richer than the poor of the past. our grandparents had victory gardens and repaired their own clothes. now poor people are fat and a new shirt costs 5$
