Like this completely non-popish rocker, with synthesizers?

Stepping up their game? 1986 VH

Sammy brought a ton of Love to Van Halen. (See above) Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin' style Love. I bet Sammy could sing an almost decent version of "Faithfully" in a pinch. Dave? Dave Ain't Talkin' bout Love. But Sammy the "Love Guru" got him covered. Moral of the Tape: watching a once hard rock band morph into Journey is dadgum strange, imo.

Like most rock bands and rock stars, their early work is their crown jewels. I loved Springsteen's first 3 albums and the he started to suck. Even Zeppelin's early stuff blows away what they did later.

Killer performance; that bass riff is awesome. The sound engineer deserves a kick in the nuts, though.

I saw Jack White last year. He played this, very different with a different band, same drummer. I like that. I like how this dude has never really been predictable. For that matter, I also like bands that never play the same set. Always mixing things up.

    Here is the studio cut:

    Different similarities. Rock n roll
