C'mon @GiantDuckFan if you are gonna go with Dave it has to be something from I, II or Diver Down or Women and Children First Ain't Talking Bout Love is transcendent. Great stuff there, Everybody Wants Some (i love the way the line runs up the back of the stockings)
I have a best of cd, but I never bought any van halen albums, you take their music more seriously than I,.. guess I'm mostly a halen video and dave fan, the guy is a proud peacock, but quite a showman. You probably hate this
And an ego maniac which is what eventually derailed things with the VH boys. That and the drugs and booze but basically the whole thing turned into a shit show. Dave is not a bad singer but an excellent front man. If only he were a little more concerned with putting out a good musical product and little less concerned with how much product he could get into his nose or how many groupies he could bang .... Guess they all have some of that though
