Get real! As heavy as the MOAB is any missle would fly like Kim's latest test. Please get some knowledge before you bloviate.
If they can send a capsule full of people to the moon they have rockets that can easily carry MOAB. You need to brush up on your rocket science
The space shuttle might be a better example than Apollo capsules. It's definitely cheaper launching the MOAB from a C-130 vice a rocket. And I didn't use bloviate.
I don't know the names of them anymore but if they want one they will either have it or build one. Wouldn't have to be anywhere near as big as a Saturn
I have no idea, I am an Army guy that sees it's targets but dontcha think they could configure delivery from a sub like the nukes they carry? Dunno, dropping it from a slow hog and lazing the target might put it into the not so smart bomb catagory. So I'm thinking they just need to wisen this thing up or just accept that we are limited in delivery. For all the money, you would think it got past 5th grade
A MOAB bomb weighs 18,700 lbs,.. a stealth bomber is designed to penetrat dense anti-aircraft defenses,.. and it can carry 80-- 500lb bombs,.. that's a 40,000 lb payload. So it's not the weight or circumstances that makes the Stealth unable to deliver the MOAB,.. it must be that the bomb is physically too big for the plane,.. probably too big to fit on the end of a missile too. Though I'm just blindly spitballing.
