ND must have gotten another recruit. They jumped back over UGA for the #1 class.

With 23 verbals, this class is quickly wrapping up. Who gets asked to take a greyshirt should a bigger name offer a verbal? What's the word one Trahan? It's been a while since I heard anything, but it was favorable. Unless we land McCray, I'd really like to see Trahan fill one of those last two spots. Trahan and McClain would be a nice way to end the recruiting season.

There may be a grayshirt or 2 in this class, but also some players may not qualify which is why we'll oversign.

Trahan will not be at LSU.

Even with Neuweasel on board and Walker retained, ucla is in peril with more than just a few commits. Uona Kavienga is still listed as a bruin but he's said this week that his recruitment is still very much open. Rahim Moore is also actively looking around. They'll still be up there but we'll see how high.

I was responding to a post asking how high we would jump with the signing of PJ...I was saying I didnt think we would catch UCLA with that commit, which we didnt.

In the end...I expect LSU to pass UCLA; however, not necessarily end with the #6 ranked signing class.

I'd start with Rockey Duplessis and Tim Molton, cause they didn't have any other offers and they wouldn't really have any other options, oh and Rockey sucks and we would never use Molton next year anyway

well we do have an overabundance of CB's and WR's when you look at this year and last years classes. But Rocky is a safety and he is going to be the next Craig Steltz. I would say maybe Ryan StJulien. However at 23 we are still relatively low in numbers campared to a lot of other classes right now. You can figure on at least a couple of nonqualifyers anyway, i don't know who, but it happens every year. So we still have room for at least 4 even with no grey shirts.
