I have a change of heart on Kylo Ren. I think he is a complete bad ass. He was shot by Chewie's crossbow which has been know to blow shit up, he force stopped a blaster shot and then walked around and gave orders while it just hung there. Never saw anyone else do anything like that before except deflect them. Someone in this thread said Rey was able to best him because he was injured and I'm thinking its a combination of that and the fact that he wasn't trying to kill her.
So the Rogue One Trailer came out. Another Female lead. Kinda disappointed. Maybe I am a sexist jerk.
I'm not, I like female leads if they can pull it off. I liked Rey, I'm sure Felicity Jones will do fine. Rogue One looks fucking awesome.
I would be there tonight, but I want to see it in IMAX 3D and it's not playing on IMAX screen closest to my house until tomorrow. I don't normally splurge on IMAX, but my son and I sort have have a tradition. We saw both Rouge One and Force Awakens in IMAX 3D and loved the experience, so that's our thing. Had we not initially seen them on an IMAX screen, we would probably feel the same way, but it is what it is.
