Well, you have a heart so we know you're not a lawyer When I get solicitations in the mail from some charity most of them go right into the garbage unopened. But I used to get regular mail from something called the North Shore Animal League. I didn't know whether they were a scam or what but they were supposed to be all about saving homeless dogs and cats so I would always put anywhere from a dollar up to $5 in their envelope and mail it back.
