I am guessing you are referring to Fox News versus all of the other networks combined correct? I don't remember Fox calling Obama a muslim or saying he wasn't born in Hawaii. He did say the two quotes you put up and they weren't even covered by the so called mainstream media except for excuses. The fact that you cannot see that the media has been carrying Obamas and the Democrats water since they learned they could unseat a sitting Republican President is proof that you really don't want debate. The talking points are laughable and parroted by BHO's media. At least Fox while right focused has the stones to put liberals on that worked for Clinton and other Democrats.

right but he's much more of a centrist than the others. The republicans have not boxed themselves in a corner as much as certain factions have. You're telling me you can't envision a scenario where he can get an extra 3%?

no question, and I never said he will win or was even likely to win. I said he could win and I disagree with anyone who says outright he can't win. Especially when we don't know his opponent.

No, I totally agree that he is much more of a centrist than the others. So is Jeb Bush. The problem isn't that these guys aren't moderate enough to appeal to that extra 3% because I truly believe that both of them are. Perhaps you are right that it is more certain factions of the Republican party rather than the entire party, but that being said, a Republican candidate needs that faction to build a coalition that gets them over 50%. Republicans, or factions within it, have alienated hispanics, the lgbt community, moderate women and educated, white males like myself by refusing to accept what most of us know are givens like climate change, evolution and the fact that people do not decide to be gay, not to mention getting much too cozy with the religious zealots.

To answer your question on that extra 3%, I do not think it is possible given our current climate. Until the Republicans can address some of the issues I raised that 3% will turn to 4% soon and 5% after that. The gap is widening every election.

folks just flat out dont trust him, republicans held their nose to vote for him. He didnt win the middle, Rand Paul is the only one who can beat Hillary unless some republican governor not name Christie just knocks it out the park.

This is a conservative lie that the liberal media is out to get you. Guess who keeps this lie going? Amazingly it is FOX news. I call that a pretty good marketing strategy but far from journalism. FOX itself never said Obama was a muslim but we can go back and see a bevy of guests who surely did. And yes, Obama said both of those things but Romney also had his 47% comments, his self-deportation comments, etc. Like I said before, politics is a blood sport.

I find it incredibly puzzling that you honestly believe that the media have caused democrats to be elected President in the past two elections rather than their own policy positions. A majority (and one that is growing) of Americans believe in evolution, believe that abortion should be legal, believe that gay marraige should be legal, believe that we do have a moral obligation to care for the less fortunate and disabled in our society, believe that basic healthcare is a universal right. This list could go on and on.
I watch both liberal on conservative media because I like to see the contrast. You are correct that FOX has a few liberals on but MSNBC also has a few conservatives on.....and both networks do the same thing......they shout over their opponents and belittle their position.
