What have you been reading? He hasn't done a damn thing for Wisconsin except pad the pockets of the rich people there on the backs of the workers. Walker boasted that Wisconsin would have a 1 billion dollar surplus thanks to his version of austerity but they actually have a 2.2 billion dollar deficit.
That isn't what politifact says, while they say his claim is a bit inflated they actually give him credit for being mostly correct in his claim.
I made a mistake I shouldn't have called it a deficit, it's a 2.2 billion dollar shortfall. But there is no surplus.

Gotcha, so after readin further it's not that Wisonsin is in the red 2.2 billion today, it's a projected 2.2 billion shortfall by 2017. It's like me saying I'm gonna go buy a house in 2017 with cash. I'll have enough money saved by then. But then I get sick, my kid wants to go to France, my wife gets pregnant and come 2017 I'm broke.
