In the last episode of Boston Legal the law firm had been sold to some Chinese investors and Allen wanted to start some kind of free legal clinic for the poor but he wouldn't be able to keep earning the kind of money he was used to. He and Denny Crane were both straight but they got married so that Allen could inherit Denny's money. A gay group sued them to stop the wedding because neither one of them was gay.

You have basically said that Christians who don't support gay marriage are pouting, hateful, and miserable. That, to me, is narrow-minded, bigoted, and yes, leaning towards hateful. You cherry pick the whackadoodles as if they represent the standard and they just don't, anymore than Westboro Baptist does.

You see what's ironic here, right? At some point in time, the majority agreed with discrimination against black folks. Having the majority doesn't equate to "right".

That is not a fact. Lots of people, including non-Christians (you know, Muslims for one), are being hate-shamed, belittled, name-called.....unless they "evolve" with all the New Age "try anything" crowd who seem to have no regard for anyone else other their improving their own situation.

Again, the irony. They can have all sorts of freedoms according to you but they should just shut up about it and stop fighting for what THEY feel is right.

Again, with the inaccurate broad brush. Not all cons are Christians. Not all cons have a problem with separation of church and state. Other people who are not cons don't support gay marriage.
