No. What is sad is that you think that there is no middle ground. The Democrats have been occupying that middle ground because the Republicans are in no way contesting them for the middle ground. In fact they continue to cede the middle ground under the auspices that what the American people "really" want is a "true conservative." Problem is, we all know better because Ronald Reagan himself couldn't get nominated in a Republican primary these days.
Jeb is far smarter than George. I don't see myself voting for Jeb but imo he is the Republicans best hope. If the Dems run Hillary then the name thing would lose a lot of it's significance because they are both from political families.
Warren says she is not running but I would agree that there will be a challenge mounted from the far left against Hillary, who the far left sees as a corporate democrat like Obama and her husband rather than a populist like Warren.
I think Jeb would have a chance as well but Rand is one that, if he were nominated, I would have to give consideration to because of his Libertarian leanings. That said, ain't no way.
Let's face it, if you want to see an actual debate, it's gonna come from the democrats. If you wanna see a reality television show like my big fat redneck wedding meets he haw, meets are you smarter than a 5th grader then tune in to the GOP debates.
