Lester is an average coach, coaching a top 5 program. Look at our talent! The guy is a total idiot. He stayed in a phucking soft cover zone defense vs. Tenn when he saw it wasn't working. His gameday coaching is on par with Curley.....

Anyone with a football IQ bigger than his shoe size would know that.

Only LSU raw talent and a miracle (that you'll never live long enough to ever see again) pulled out the "W". Two blocked kicks returned for TDs :dis:

Don't even discuss Miles coaching (or lack of) in the ASU game ... it ranks right there with his coaching in the TN game ... you've got to reach down and get an armload of crap on you to distinguish between the two

LSU fans have been to the mountain top in 2003. We refused to lose sight of the prize in 2004, knowing we needed just better QB play to get another shot at the title in 2005. All the talent was there!

Then Saban left! Miles came! And brought his OSU flavors of the day with him. Many were happy. Most were cautious and guarded. Some were downright disgusted, including your not-so-humble narrator.

After the TN game (a team FLA whipped 16-7 the week before) LSU fans on the edge of the cliff peered down the mountain into the Green, green valley of Mediocrity. Many remained positive. Most were bitching and disgruntled. Some were downright disgusted and demanded heads, including your not-so-humble narrator.

Then came hapless MSU and Vandy (with a High School strength O-line) resulting in two lopsided LSU victories. Many were happy and even started dreaming of Rose Bowl possibilities, some remained cautious and guarded, and even fewer were still downright disgusted, including your not-so-humble narrator, who almost nailed the LSU victory margins exactly on the head.

Then came Florida week ... It's time to go to war ... This is where the metal hits the meat, and the men are separated from the boys ... and one of these programs will take a tumble ... a far way down into that green, green valley.

Mediocrity awaits LSU if they lose here. A loss here will deflate this LSU FB program and leave it as SEC Roadkill. Miles fate as a FB coach rests on this one game. The honeymoon long over, LSU coaching has to come up with a game plan to:

Not sure about Ramah, but I hope i'm dead wrong about Lester Miles. I want LSU to win every single remaining game this season and bring home a SEC champ and another Nat champ in the near future....

Maybe you're right. Maybe a small part of me (ego) wants to be proven right and say "I told you so" ... that's human nature.

The Tiger's share just wants one ****ing thing ... A DOMINATING FB PROGRAM & another :crystal:

LSU coaching has sucked this year. They'll have HELL to pay for it if they don't WIN. No more excuses ... Miles has to deliver ... or the U-hauls will be lined up in his front yard WITH ENTIRE WHEELWELLS CEMENTED INTO THE GROUND ... WIN OR ELSE!

As MD points out, if you had no active part in the event that was "embarrassing", then there is no cause for you to be embarrassed. You can be embarrassed for the team, but to be embarrassed as a fan, means simply that you have too much invested in fandom. I'm going to Caifornia next week and will be working with a huge USC fan.
