When I was 8 my Dad had medical box seats. We only had to leave during the game whenever a player went down. I would tell him to hurry we are missing the Tigers when he had to treat a player in the locker room. I would get really mad when we had to leave our seats to treat some drunk guy who fell down the stairs. The seats also came with field passes that he would never use, so I would sit on the grass behind the endzone and eat a Tiger dog.

    Fun while it lasted.:bncry:

I've been on the field for some pretty amazing games. Georgia 2003..Oregon St 2004...Auburn 2005. All of those last plays I was standing behind the goal post, or in the case of the Georgia game, I was over on the east side of the end zone. When Skyler caught that pass I jumped about 5 yards into the endzone before a SEC official grabbed me and pulled me off...

It is unbelievably loud down there...

Waiting for some fireworks this season.

I was on LSU's club soccer team (still no varsity team there).

Once a week we would run the steps for a half hour. Walking out on the field the first time was great. It didn't feel as big as it does when you're there for a game. But after we began running, I hated seeing those steps.

I was a Louisiana High School All-Star cheerleader in '86. I was introduced on the 45-yard line and got to cheer on the sidelines during the All-Star football game. It felt great and was SUCH a big difference from high school stadiums.

No band members? The first time I stepped off for pre-game in front of a real crowd was Sept. 4th 1999. Boy, were we aweful. Almost lost to San Jose St. that day. I was in the "L". :geauxtige

Well...he made it all the way to the endzone, but the refs threw a penalty flag, so he was called back. ;) :hihi:
