Forget retail, it will be more hassle than running a liquor store. I'm buying the first wholesale operations that get on NASDAQ. Get in early. Find the medical marijuana stores who have trademarked the terms "Acapulco Gold", "Panama Red", and "Maui Wowie". Buy in. Those TM's will be acquired for tall dollars very quickly.

OG Kush is where it's at now. That's what everyone wants. Skunk number 5 is probably my all time favorite though.

We just need a leader who isn't going to waste taxpayer money by letting the goons at the DEA police marijuana. Makes me wonder how many lobbying dollars from big pharma, tobacco, and alcohol are pumping into BHO's campaign fund.

It's a very important issue to me. One of the most important, and it's not because I'm a pot head. I'm just tired of villains getting rich by putting Americans in jail. This is larger than just pot as far as i'm concerned, it's a violation of rights as an American citizen. And in my opinion, there is a conspiracy all the way to top on this, and it's all about money. If government thought that they could make more money by growing and dispensing pot, it would have happened. There are billions of your dollars and mine, and everyone who pays taxes that goes to the DEA every year. Those people can't lose that funding, and I would venture to say that over half goes to policing marijuana.

Obama had an opportunity to do something really special when he was elected, and in my opinion he has flat out failed. The only decent thing this dude has done is work on repealing the law that puts people in jail for longer terms for crack use than powder cocaine, and him not policing DOMA. Other than that, this dude sucks a big one.

At least with Republicans I know where they stand, this guy is way too unpredictable.

Other than my interest in making sure I've put a good head on my son's shoulders so that he will want to stay drug-free as he goes off to college, I don't have a personal dog in this hunt. I will say this, though: I've talked to more than one police officer/state trooper who have said if they had their way, marijuana would be legal and alcohol would not. They'd much rather have to police stoners than drunks.

This is just one example of why the 10th amendment is so important, states should be able to decide for themselves whether or not to allow marijuana, gay marriage, abortion, etc.

...and by legalizing we not only save those taxpayer $billions, we also reap a nice bonus,.. no more USA big $$$, paid to crime syndicates for imported marijuana.
