    Roe declared a constitutional right to abortion, even though such a right is nowhere to be found in the Constitution. Roe said the right of privacy articulated in a 1965 case extended to abortion, even though abortion is a medical procedure that isn't "private" in the ordinary meaning of that word, involving as it does a doctor and, of course, the unborn.

    Roe was so thoroughly unsettling that John Hart Ely, a young legal scholar destined later to become dean of the Stanford Law School, was led famously to write: "It is bad because it is bad constitutional law or, rather, because it is not constitutional law and gives almost no sense of an obligation to try to be."

    Show me where the constitution says you have a right to an abortion! :hihi:

    YOU made the accusation. If you can't prove he plagiarized, by citing the source he plagiarized from . . . then you are just making a wild-ass guess.

    Saltyone is apparently so jealous of articulate people that he automatically accuses them of plagiarism.

    You're not alone, Saltyone. Others who are impressed with my writing have accused me of plagiarism, also. It's quite comical, but flattering.

    Yes, a right to have an abortion IS embedded in the Constitution, although not explicitly stated.

    There's no explicitly stated right to have sex in the Constitution, either... or to have babies. But each involves the participation of other people.

    Your point is invalid.

    There is nothing impressive about anything you have ever written here. After reading your delusional post over the last year, here and elsewhere, I can pretty much tell what you somehow thought up on your own, and what you copied and pasted from some other forum.

    Where elsewhere have you read what I've written?

    It's very apparent you're impressed with my writing and that you accused me of plagiarism because of it. I'm flattered. Expand your mind, keep reading, keep practicing, and someday you, too, might be able to string coherent sentences together into paragraphs.

    If what I posted is plagiarized from some other site LINK IT. Nobody is impressed with your "gut feeling", probably not even yourself.

    If you think it's plagarised, copy it and enter it on a Google search and it should turn up. Otherwise, you're just admitting that you can't effectively argue with the content.
