i don't get all of the angst over these guys leaving. they are taking advantage of their opportunity. who knows what another year brings?

will their value be higher with another year? debatable from an offensive and defensive perspective. joe ain't throwing anymore td's at LSU and the joe moore o line isnt coming back.... aranda's gone so who knows what the d will look like? why are we assuming their production will increase just because they're here another year?

We most likely won't ever see a QB like that again. People just don't understand how good and more importantly how rare he is. Generational is sort of an understatement.

I absolutely know that, it's been proven time and again. The stats don't lie.

CEH is the only one because of the abuse that they take. The rest may not raise their draft stock BUT another year would make every one of them a better player at the next level which leads to longevity and more $$$

As it stands, most of them will be out of the league in less than 4 years.

    Keep track.

It's not, but we can still look out for what's best for the kids. I was just talking to Tirk and saying I wish some of these guys that left early and washed out would come back and talk to them. Tell them "look I know you think you're ready but you aren't, you need to come back"

That is the only thing that will turn this around.

I would agree with this sentiment.

Queen and Phillips especially. Even Cush and Charles would be helped by another season and could raise their stock considerably. I think Queen could have easily ended up all American as a senior. That was his trajectory. I claim he is the biggest head scratcher all of that are leaving.

Moss ended with a flourish these last 2 games and I could see the argument either way.

Delpit, CEH and Jefferson peaked out and Chaisson turned into Chase Young in his final 4 games of the season. They all needed to go to the NFL.

But to say they all should be leaving is quite foolish.
