Arizona could have helped us, but the projected SOS I have been using was assuming an Arizona State win. So we could have picked up some SOS help, but oh well. Let's get the needed boost from Florida beating Florida State, which is the most important game of the day tomorrow besides Georgia at Georgia Tech. Georgia cannot lose! And Miami loses to Pitt, it all falls into place.
After this week's games, the picture will become quite clear as to whether LSU gets 2nd in the BCS or not (with the assumption both LSU and USC win next weekend). It will of course depend on who LSU is playing in the CG. I will give you the final scenarios with the computer polling and the final SOS variances. It will be pretty clear cut as to how it will pan out.
And this happens ... that happens ... Miami loses ... Cowboy, this is John Wayne talkin' ... that's a long, tall order you're askin' from Santa. Let's say we just beat the Living Hell outta Georgia and take that #2 spot AP from USC.
