    Again, rankings don't matter.

    It doesn't matter if you are Texas or Louisiana-Monroe, if you go undefeated and win your bowl game, you'll be ranked and be among an elite class.

    1998 Tulane and 2004 and 2008 Utah didn't win a "title" per say, but they are legends nonetheless. Same with 2006 Boise, and 2004 Auburn.

    Louisiana-Monroe is a bad example cause they can't beat teams like Texas and Bama...oh wait.

    I was actually at that 2007 Bama/ULM game decked out in UAB gear.

    It was a great day for the have-nots. Magic moment.
