More often than not, executive leadership is about being a damn good salesman. Far more so than head coach. It always cracks me up to see people apply percentages as a point of causality vs simple correlation. Bet you put alot of faith in avgs too, not understanding their relevance against median or standard deviation.
I do and it's led to quite a successful run in wagering on football among a lot of other things: hiring at work, where to put investments and the fluctuation of stock prices, etc. It certainly isn't always successful, but it averages out to be. (SWIDT?) Here, I thought it was interesting that 20% of their hires was twice the number of the student population. There was no conclusion drawn, just something that caught my attention.
Didn't see that in 2003. My interaction with him and other coaches who were there was different. He couldn't speak more highly of how the whites people in Mississippi were so supportive of him and were all very nice to him. Not doubting at all what you are saying. Sorry to here he was not the guy I met back then. Well unlike what the MSM and the DEMOCRATS try to tell us rascism does comes in all colors. Too bad.
SMH. You dont use avgs for investment, genius. You use weighted/moving avgs. Im not sure how hiring avg workers at the render plant would benefit you. If anything, they would prob get promoted over you at the hog brining station.
