    right? Hell almost everyone on this board is qualified, seems all you need is an opinion and there is no shortage of those. Except for Winston and his offspring, they would have to call Don to find out what they think :D

    Very true. The only bright spot for Bama after Bryant & before Saban, was cheatin' Gene Stallings, who won the 1992 NC. But he got sanctioned for '93 & '95 I think

    He was one of the nicest and most honorable guys you ever want to meet. Didn't have a racist bone in his body was just a genuine and honest guy. Met him through a friend of mine. Players loved him but he was probably too nice to be a good coach and he wasn't.
