With Title IX crap hanging over this program plus the Sphinx - like enigma of why a program with so many resources as this one keeps stepping in dog shit every three seasons , the only person you going to find willing to come here to quick fix in December is Mr Clean in Waco.
If Baby Huey is toast ( he might actually want to be ) then Fickell of Cincy would be my bullseye. Beyond that folks you rubbing wet scratch n win lotto tickets in the dark .

Any ultra successful coach started out hating recruiting only to learn to be great at it?
Don’t know much about Napier but everything I have heard and seen of his teams he would be one of my favorites, along with Aranda, Fickel and Franklin. I realize Aranda doesn’t like recruiting but, my reasoning is, I heard one reason Saban originally wanted the LSU job was because Louisiana had the 4th most players in the pros and only 1 major college. If we could fence off Louisiana talent we could cherry pick from there. Adequate recruiting from the HC could be enough.

I don't know if I actually posted it, but I was thinking about Campbell (Iowa St) when it started looking like this was necessary. If he can win as the second choice school in Iowa, what could he do here?

Never knew Napier worked for Saban. Thats it, guarantee thats the least amount of fallout with recruiting and retaining what they have. He also wont break a bank that will be broke.
