Look back at all the coaching hires after Cholly Mac. Name one that at the time was considered better than this one.

I will say this. Brian Kelly has never smiled in his 40 yrs of coaching. He has the social skills of loner gorilla but can coach with the best of ‘em. Don’t expect any jokes bc he has no sense of humor.

Other than you stating you don't like the Kelley hire, it's extremely difficult to decipher exactly what you've said.
