My heart does not go out to thugs stealing shoes and looting booze out of a grocery store. Milk and bread and baby food I can understand.

looks like EBR schools will be closed until at the very least next Tuesday so that the buses can be used to aid in the evac eff0rt.
Also here is the bottom line on people remaining in N.O. These thugs were suppose to be in the superdome. N.O. was under MANDITORY EVAC. Just another rule they were not willing to follow. Maybe that is why they are in the lifestyle position they are living in.
what happens if you have your wife/kids behind and refuse to get on a bus to the astrodome? will they be left behind and/or arrested? some of these people are the elderly who had no means to leave or simply lacked the ability via health. its not all are looters that's for sure. i know i could never leave my family behind if that's the case.
