What is racist is not allowing poor people of color to choose their children’s schools and provide the quality education that would allow them to compete equally. However the democrats are so beholden to the teachers unions that they continually reduce the quality of education for the poor. Sport I’m talking about major cities run by democrats for over 50 years. Cities like NYC, Boston, Chicago, SF, LA New Orleans etcetera. Cities where the spending per student is higher than private schools yet the product (educated children) is worse than 3rd world. in the face of that affirmative action is but a sop to hide the truth. THAT’s the racism of the democrat plantation. It’s not defensible.
The Republican solution is vouchers for private schools, which is nothing more than a profiteering scheme at public expense and would make the disparity in education even worse. How about vouchers for transportation only to public schools, based on wealth and income?

You ignore the many successful efforts by poor African Americans to establish charter schools in poor neighborhoods that were fought tooth and nail by democrats and teachers unions. Charter schools and tying funds to students rather than schools have been shown to be successful. You deflect because there is no defense of the current rotten system that provides campaign contributions for the democrats and ignorant African American voters to continue to be fooled by their lies.
