Amberbock is my wing drinking beer. I find the two they go well together. They are like the Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson of the food and drink world.
Draft vs Bottle I don't get it. Lots of companies make a big deal of these refrigerator kegs and what not. I do not drink draft. It seems I can drink all of the bottled beer I care to drink and never have a hangover the next day. If I drink ONE draft beer of the same make and flavor (in my case, Coors Lite), I will have a headache the next day. What is people's fascination with draft? I always figured it was just a cheaper way for breweries to put their stuff out. These fridge mini kegs aren't any cheaper per ounce though. Am I missing something?
Draft is not pasteurized, and has a fresher taste in my opinion. Is this across the board or more particularly at a specific place? If they don't clean the lines regular this could be the cause of your headache. Like I said, it taste fresher to me. I love it, I will always order draft over a bottle. But if Coors light is your norm....taste might not be a big factor in your beer selection. Just saying.
Cool that you go to Tiger Stadium every Saturday  Has anyone tried any of the Chimay beers? Nice for a treat but I couldn't drink that consistenly.
My sister likes them (the one that is trying to guilt trip me out of Bama tickets) but I find it too sweet. At least the one I had.
Gonna try what Ms. Shane... BTW...I want a f*cking miller draft thingy...can't find them around here yet.
