You are missing the point. What I said was that the news on this topic has been bad for the GOP for a long time and this cannot be ignored. It's going to have an impact on women voters.
I have plenty of reading comprehension, your misguided opinion is not the opinion of all women in this country, you said anyone with half a brain would see that. well the women who believe this have half a brain? By evidence of the poll numbers show the problem that the party has with women voters. How are you defending a generalization and posting more generalizations at the same time? The cost of coverage for women is complete nonsense not every woman has a baby and it shouldnt mean they earn less, thats discriminatory if thats your answer to it. redefining rape, legitimate or illegitimate has been written into several introduced bills. Trans vaginal ultrasounds- in many states some has passed this law some have failed to pass this law. That women must have this intrusion before an abortion. So lets stick a probe up there before she has an abortion. Nice touch. PPH- no its not for the abortion side. They are completely trying to defund any PPH that provides abortion, see Texas for this example. So because of 3% of the funds go to abortion, lets stop funding mammograms and other preventive services. Bill violence against women- tried to strip many provisions, especially ones with women who are undocumented and lesbian women and native american women.
People who pay women should decide how much to pay them. Yes that is allowing discrimination. Discrimination isn't bad or wrong.
no problem with that, but if the work output its more or the same as a man and getting paid less. Then yes its wrong.
How are you defending a generalization and posting more generalizations at the same time?[/quote] I didn't generalize to just women. I even didn't generalize at all. It was a stated opinion. Yes, everything stated in the OP was radical bullshit most of which will never happen are are good talking points for idiots who probably do not use even half of their brain. Hell, the people he is ranting about didn't even get elected. He then goes on to ask why anyone would vote republican. ???? "Clearly anyone with half a brain could understand Republicans have no desire to abuse, mistreat, or hold women back." The statement above is not a generalization. If you or anyone actually think that it is a republican agenda for anti women topics, you have serious mental issues. This is called an opinion. It is not, studies have been done. "The data back him up. A 2004 study of 3.75 million people in Michigan found that women's lifetime healthcare costs (the amount paid by them or insurers to providers) were about one-third higher than men's — they averaged $361,200 to men's $268,700." http://www.buzzfeed.com/annanorth/why-women-are-more-expensive-to-insure-than-men Right or wrong, it is not evil for companies to take this into account when bringing a women on board for a life long career. Which bills? What has passed? What does redefining rape mean? Why is that bad? "Transvaginal ultrasound can help diagnose the cause of certain types of infertility, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and menstrual problems. It can show the lining of the uterus (endometrium). The test may reveal: Ovarian cysts Ovarian tumors Pelvic infection Uterine fibroids Uterine lining polyps Thickened uterine lining in cases of postmenopausal bleeding Transvaginal ultrasound is also used during pregnancy to monitor the growth of the fetus, listen to the unborn baby's heart beat, and to check for ectopic pregnancy and other potential problems." The in bold seems important to me. What is your issue with this? Who said they to stop funding the other services? Who? Where are they trying to do this, examples? Whos bill, which bill, was it passed?
Not when you consider the total payout with health care. Employer paid health care is a considerable cost that is added to salary value.
I don't understand the issue with the fact that women do tend to have more medical cost over their life time as compared to men. It's not a bad thing. It is just a fact of life. Its like trying to make care insurance companies give teenagers a lower rate when we all know they are more likely to get in a wreck.
