Somebody on TideFans posted that Fluker signed a confession to all of this, who knows, but I find it funny. Fuck Bama...
They did it to USC. But it took them years to make the case. Right now they are up to their ears in investigations at multiple schools. Don't expect anything quick. The Auburn and A&M scandals have shown that clamming up and lawyering up can stonewall the NCAA into backing down.
some recent cases: 6/26/13 -- Oregon -- reduction of football scholarships, ban on the subscription to recruiting services, reduction of official visits, reduction of permissible football evaluation, etc 6/7/13 -- Miss State -- reduction of football scholarships, reduction of the number of official visits, reduction of the number of recruiting days, etc 11/16/12 -- Tennessee -- reduction of official visits, reduction of evaluation days, etc 4/27/12 -- South Carolina -- reduction of football scholarships, reduction of official visits, etc 4/11/12 -- Baylor -- reduction of scholarships, reduction of official visits, reduction of recruiting evaluation days, etc 3/12/12 -- UNC -- Postseason ban for the 2012 football season, vacation of wins, reduction of football scholarships, etc 12/20/11 -- Ohio State -- Postseason ban for the 2012 football season, vacation of wins, reduction of football scholarships, etc 11/11/11 -- Oklahoma -- vacation of wins, reduction of scholarships, reduction of official visits, reduction of recruiting days, etc 9/13/11 -- Boise State -- Postseason ban for one year, vacation of wins, reduction of scholarships, reduction of official recruiting visits, etc 2/22/11 -- UConn -- reduction of scholarships, reduction of recruiting days, reduction of official visits, etcs
