I'm thinking of establishing a religion that practices the human sacrifice and cannibalism of foreigners...and I want to build a cultural center near the WTC funded by the drug lords in Columbia.

I bet that the government would be able to stop me easily even though I claim that I'm within my rights under the first amendment because the government would claim that this is not a freedom of religion issue.

Although the government shall pass no laws prohibiting the establishment or practice of my "religion"...it reserves the right to pass laws regulating the actual practice of it. I can believe in human sacrifice and cannibalism all I want, but the first time I sacrifice, cook and eat a foreigner...I'll be charged with and convicted of murder.

The Mormons can believe in polygamy all they want...but the minute they practice polygamy openly, they're violating the law.

Muslims can believe in whatever they want. They can even believe that it's the will of Allah to kill more than 2,000 Americans in the WTC, but when they actually practice that aspect of their religion, it's a crime.

Religions do not have a right to build churches or mosques wherever they want to under the first amendment. Outlawing buildings is not interfering with someone's beliefs.

To claim that building a mosque near the WTC is protected under the freedom of religion clause is like claiming that smoking breaks during work are a constitutionally protected right under the "pursuit of happiness" clause.

conspiracy (planning to do something illegal)is illegal whether acted out or not, yes?

you have to prove that this mosque is intended to be used to kill americans.

when dealing with religion its tough. the entire brainwashing thing and interpretation of the quaran has to be proved.

although we know its pretty clear however indirect or direct despite the efforts of the appeasers.

i cant truly decide if i want someone to blow it up or not. im pretty sure i do when i really think about it.
