The 2017 LSU Baseball Season

I'm not a fan of either. I just mentioned them because they both have great pitching staffs.

I think he is just trying too hard. Look at Poche. He took velocity off of his pitches to get command and he got it. Lange just looks like he is trying to power the zone and missing. His hammer hasn't been the same since last year with the occasional good day.

He is a shell of himself as a freshman and that I blame on Dunn. Trying to tweak what was just natural. He could probably use a dose of his HS pitching coach.

 

Yep the don't think just throw, meat, is a good quote by Kevin Costner in bull Durham. Lange just needs to wear a garter breathe out his eyes like the lava lizards like Fernando valenzuela did and just throw.

That's always the case. Overthrowing while they're laying off the breaking ball sitting dead red on the fastball. Formula for disaster.

He needs to get that change-up working to fix this shit ASAP. Gotta plant that seed in the hitters head to slow that bat down just a quarter second.
