Absolute bullsheet!!!!!!! Marijuana is not physically addictive like cigarettes, even most idiots that support keeping it illegal admit that. You've been reading waaaaaay too much government propaganda.

Had we known, in the 17th century, what problems cigarettes caused we probably would have outlawed them. But they are so much a part of the culture and the economy now, it is hard to imagine how it could be criminalized. Too late for cigarettes, but you cannot justify one failure by creating another.

As far as alcohol is concerned, you do not have to abuse alcohol to enjoy it. Drugs are different.

I repeat, long-term users of marijuana suffer the same problems when trying to quit as do cigarette smokers. It highlight this there are Marijuana Anonymous groups to help people off the weed. Marijuana Anonymous.org provides information on MA. Whatever few medical benefits THC provides does not negate the negative consequences of long-term use. Weather or not it is physically addictive, and to what extent, is still open to debate. Encylocpeadia Britannica agrees with you that it is not physically addictive, but even Britannica states it is psychologically addictive.

As someone that smoked weed daily for many years I repeat BULLSHEET. When I got a job that tested I immediately quit with no problems, haven't touched it in over 10 years and I have many friends with the exact same experience.

no its not. its just how you've categorized it in your mind due to govt. conditioning.

going to your cow pasture and getting shrooms should be as legal as buying a mixed drink. your own plants are illegal. do you realize how freaking absurd that is....in america?

i dont do drugs but i may need some to understand such ridiculous logic. the govt lets you do whatever harm to yourself as long as you wish given it can have its hand in it. otherwise its all about the children of course.

pharmaceutical cos/drs are the biggest legalized ring in the world. so many xanax'd out wives and rytalin induced kids moping around school hallways in the name of medicine its laughable. all because its just a tad profitable.

If the Columbian drug cartel had a lobbying group that paid US politicians 100's of millions like the "legal" drug manufacturers do the government would approve cocaine as a suppliment in baby formula.

This was really a silly, poorly thought-out post. How does one drug "protect" you from other drugs? It does not.

I believe he was refering to being put in prison as way to keep "crazy" marijuana users from going into a drug induced frenzy and pumping their systems full of any drug they can get their hands on.

bull chit! i know from personal experience that cigarettes are much more addictive and difficult to quit! and i know many people who have had the same experience.

come to think of it, i have never known anyone that quit both that didnt have a much harder time with the cigarettes.
