Was it Canada's offense? We don't know that, Its certainly seemed different since the "come to Jesus" meeting
I'll gladly take a 9-3 season after we get blown off the field at Alabama. Then go win your bowl game for a 10 win season. Should be able to manage to keep the recruiting class together for another year. I just need him to hold on until his buyout is manageable and we're in a position to fire him that we actually can.
So, the Gadek kid ran for 599 yards, but it was against Plano East, not Plano. Of course, there's no way you could know that, I am sure. Plano is a city of 300,000 people with only three "senior" high schools: Plano Senior (the oldest one), Plano East, and Plano West. The students go to 9th/10th grade high schools (of which there are six), then spend their 11th/12th grade years at one of the 3 senior highs, which are really more like junior colleges with around 3000 students in each. The campuses are also very open and offer a lot of flexible scheduling, along with off campus lunch options. My older daughter is a junior at Plano Senior, and while we also lost to McKinney (by three points), I didn't even notice Gadek. They did, however, have a QB and WR that gave us fits. Since we lost to McKinney, we haven't won, though, losing to Allen and then Wylie. McKinney is two cities north of Plano--with probably around 150,000-200,000 people. Allen is in between Plano and McKinney and is home to the "most expensive" high school stadium in the nation. I'm not all that impressed, but McKinney is because they just passed a bond to build an even bigger, more expensive stadium.
Didn't Jerry Jones fund that stadium? Seems like I read something about it somewhere, like it was integrated with some kind of Cowboys training facility? If Jones funded the first one, who's going to be the bank on this one? Hopefully not the people.
Didnt know there where that many HS in Plano. Most all my client I call on are in Dallas/Fort Worth so I hardly get up to Plano. Amazing feat getting 600 yds will be fun to watch this kids career.
Not that I am aware of. He did move it out of whatever city it was in to one that would build the new one with a tax increase. Jones is making a pile of money off of it though. AT&T name on the wall, $75 to park (I think) and he pimps it out for everything The new one is over a billion dollars and for the rangers. Not sure why they need a new one because their ballpark is fairly new and beautiful
