I said I don't listen to Rush Limbaugh but I'm definitely not implying that I am not "right wing". My point (and Ellis Hugh's I believe) was to point out to CB66 that he makes far too many assumptions.

Am I racist? I sincerely hope I'm not, though I can certainly be insensitive at times. I was raised in the 50s/60s and things were different then. My Dad was (and is) a liberal Democrat and hate and bigotry were not part of my upbringing.

I do agree that CB would benefit from some anger management counseling or, at least, a daily chill pill.

I didn't really mean just you Saban Fan, it's all good man.
I was just bringing out a point that we "rush" pardon the pun, to be politically correct and to make sure we are NOT labeled.

I tend to agree with you, on all this.

So a bunch of people who NEVER LISTEN to Rush Limbaugh are pissed off that I called Rush a racist and the people who listen to him racists.

Ain't that the way it always is?

Nobody in Angola is guilty either. They are all innocent. Just ask them. They will tell you. LOL

i said I watched his Tv show back when it was on. i'd probably listen to him if i knew where his program was. I listen to Mike Savage from the savage nation from time to time. If you think Rush is right wing you should listen to this guy LOL, he would have a guy like your seething. I don't always agree with him but I listen to his point of view.

Didn't you see that liberal media member Green Bay free safety allow Mcnabb to complete that pass on 4th and 26? If he had been one of "us people" he would have picked it off.

I wanted Donovan to do well.

I disagreed with Rush Limbaugh that Donovan was overrated as a QB.
Donovan is definitely one of the top 10 QB's in the NFL.
I don't disagree with Rush Limbaugh that the media wants Donovan and other black QB's to do well.
I want them to do well.
Its good for racial harmony that black QB's do well.
It makes me feel good when black QB's do well.
Black people have done alot for racial relations by doing well in sports.
As I say to people who are racist, don't talk racism while watching sports with a PBJ in your mouth.

And I took no offense. My remarks were directed right at the venom-spewing pie hole of CottonBowel.

If that's the case, BengalB, then Curtis (?) Manning must be a David Duke disciple.:D

I think McNabbs team had something to do with them making it as
far as they did, its called a team effort on offense, defense and
    special teams.

You can have 1 of the best qb's in the league and not be able to
do what the Eagles have done the last 3 years.

Look at John Elway and Dan Marino and some of the teams they
    played on for instance.

I do think Donovan is a good qb, but I also think that he has a better team and coaches around him than people give them credit for.

    BTW
I listen to Rush on occasion, not every day and I've listened to him
on and off since Sacramento days.

And I'm not racist, my son plays and we go visit with the neighbors and there family and they are black.

Some of my favorite sports figures are Black just like some are white.

Pete Maravich, DR.J, Michael Jordon, Duper and Clayton, Michael Clayton, Justin Vincent, Double D, Kevin Faulk, Booger, Shaq, etc.

My parents live in Baton Rouge and have LIFE LONG friends that are black.

There goes Cottonbowls analogy right out the window with my post.

Its no different than the Dems are for poor people and Repubs are for the rich.

there's more rich Dems than Republicans, look at the Kennedys,
    etc.

The Kennedys are proof you can get away with murder also
Ted Kennedy, need I say more?

If Ted Kennedy had driven a Volkswagen, Mary Jo Kopechne would be alive today.

if i was black i would think that was is really condescending. it makes me feel good when retards do well, but i am indifferent to the race of athletes.

like yourself, who gets special happiness out of one race winning and not another.

i dont mind racists, i figure you can be irrational and like or dislike people for whatever reason you choose. what i am not fond of is people who call others racist for the politically correct credit they hope it gets them.
