Though it is crystal clear that Trump failed as a President and incited a murderous insurrection, it’s equally clear the Republicans in the Senate will NEVER vote to convict. if the country were facing health, peace, and prosperity, I’d be leading the charge to convict.

But it’s not. The trial is a distraction, an utter waste of time and resources. The opportunity costs are enormous and all for naught.

The Washington crowd needs to WORK TOGETHER to fix Covid, the economy, infrastructure, and climate change. Anything that interferes must go.
