if one is outraged over Cruz going to Cancun but not over about Gov Cuomo’s COVID response then they probably lean far left....
They don't if you don't use them. If Cruz had done as you suggest, he'd be all over social media proclaiming it. he may be a bit gun shy though, as he's had a rough few weeks. Apparently, his tweets don't age well...
This is also a Ted Cruz tweet... Cruz had attacked a Democrat, Mayor Stephen Adler of Austin, in December for taking a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, while telling constituents to “stay home” during the pandemic. “Hypocrites,” Cruz wrote on Twitter. “Complete and utter hypocrites.” https://news.yahoo.com/ted-cruzs-canc-n-trip-131625217.html
People like this prove they are very closed Problem #1 was relying on the government; for anything.... They will never meet your expectations. EVER....
Stupid comparison. He didn't tell anyone to stay home. Other Texans could have gone to Cabo if they had the means.
I guess this sums up the Republican response to the crisis... A Texas mayor resigned after seemingly telling residents to fend for themselves in a Facebook post amid a deadly and record-breaking winter storm that left much of the state without power Tuesday. As then-mayor of Colorado City, Tim Boyd wrote an insensitive message for people desperate for heat, water and power, saying "only the strong will survive and the weak will [perish.]" https://www.cbsnews.com/news/tim-boyd-texas-mayor-colorado-city-resigns-power-outages/
looks like you've 'tapped' into the msnbc mindset of finding the outlier and then applying it to all..... good job
