You've basically admitted you can't point to one concrete action on Cruz's part that benefitted Texas during this crisis. Whereas AOC raised $1 million in four hours for a state she doesn't represent. And Biden, unlike Trump, did not deny aid to a state that did not vote for him. Cruz doesn't look bad just because of the optics, he looks bad because he abandoned his constituents to their fate.
