    As many pics as you've posted over the years I'm shocked to see this question. (If we could embed Twitter here, like just about every other site on the 'net, it wouldn't be an issue. But, I digress.)
    Chrome: Right click, copy image URL/address
    Firefox: Right click, copy image location.
    Edge: Right click, copy
    Win10: Snipping Tool (it's in the store.)

    Personally: Tor, where you can right click and copy image or copy image location ... I use a tool called SnagIt ($$) which works well for capturing pics, video's, scrolling screens ... you name it.
