He's good at giving me shit--has been for years. He started if off with correcting my spelling--though he never capitalizes a thing, nor does he use an apostrophe.

 

It's coming. I will never make you a believer. The coming failures will make you a believer in Les Miles' incompetency. I hate to say that. It's the truth though.

 

Let me get this straight. Are you rooting for CLM and the LSU football team to fail, just to prove your theories? Are you an LSU fan? Seems like you're not; why else would you want to see the team fail?

 

Try not to use dramatic words. Tear down? More like slight drop off due to offensive philosophy. the tearing down would be like Arkansas losing Petrino or ole miss losing cutcliffe. Takes year to recover. Continuity is underrated and we have that. Stability counts for something and is also rare in college football today. A program firing a winning coach at les' level is the quickest path to become that program with no direction and in complete disarray for years.

Even so I would never trust the egos on lsus BoS to improve any situation. they have issues.

 

Now, see, this is where the Les Miles fans, like myself, call bullshit. You do NOT "hate" to say it. For 8 seasons, you have been waiting (and waiting) for a total collapse, so that you can finally say, "I told you Les Miles couldn't coach."

That collapse has yet to come, but the folks who have never thought Miles was good enough for our job (whatever that means) are still poised on the ledge, ready to be vindicated.

I was very young when all of this was happening to Charlie Mac, but I remember it. I was at a Catholic High football game in the late 70's, and Charlie Mac came into the stands. A number of the people at the game stood up and booed the man. Les Miles is the new Charlie Mac--except he's more successful than Mac ever was.

 

For us to overhaul our entire offense in the heart of our SEC schedule is beyond stupid. That said, there's no reason we can't mix in some plays that no one has seen us run before. Might get some running lanes to open up if we do.

 

I don't think fans like this noob want les to fail. I think they don't get or trust him like he's their spouse who cheated on him. They never trusted him and his mental lapses reinforce this. They will never trust him and I get that. I don't trust that bastard either.

But they need to accept it and learn to appreciate and recognize the successes before it passes them by completely. Even if it is painful to watch a lot of the time we are a top tier program and still are.

 

He will continue to believe this until the point he is explaining 4 or 5 losses this year. Remember just a few years ago all the issues with Peveto?? He is just not one of those coaches
that will throw anyone under the buss until the end of the season.............so we know what that means..............you have what you have and will get what you will!
