Everyone has skin in the game.

It is up to players & coaches.

RR never dropped near the amount of good passes OBJ did. SO your little argument about not being coached up really goes to chit here.

Likewise, OBJ didn’t drop anything last year. Hell, all our WR’s were near money.

Check the balance for Bama's NC runs.

    Competent.

This is les miles type thinking and it's antiquated. Please just stop. UF is not very good nor is muschamp. Edging them out when they are rebuilding wouldn't have fixed the glaring issues on offense. It would have just reinforced this stupid mentality which is the entire issue.

The program will likely drop off because of this putrid offense and likely has already been affected but we've had years to correct it. But its slight. It will never drop off completely. Louisiana is stil full of coonass kids who are lifelong fans.

See the post above. Maybe Stacey can tell you how we throw just too damn much or our wrs who have caught 2 passes all year just aren't in synch. This mentality is widespread because no one remembers what an actual passing game looks like and we keep blaming the puppets and not the person pulling the strings.

We should just line up and try to block 9 guys upfront and out talent everyone. This is what cost us January 9th. Bama dominated us on both fronts and we did nothing to adjust bc we were woefully ill prepared to do anything else. This is what's going on now coupled with that drop off of talent at wr. Yet we do nothing to adjust or adapt. It's stupid to continually blame the players when they are at a disadvantage when they line up. Offense is about keeping the defense offbalance not an arbitrary number of runs vs pass. We seldom have the other team guessing. But this offense has been painful to watch as any ive seen and is now just a fixture we win in spite of. It's time to lose this mentality. It's been far too long to continue making excuses. I'm hopeful it will be a little better this weekend bc the offense will be in attack mode and not playing conservative and scared until its too late. Well unless we get a lead. Then all bets are off.

Let's give Les ten more years and see what he throws together offensively. Les cannot continue to pass off his many incompetencies to the players and expect to be taken seriously. He needs to fully acknowledge his own incompetence and work to correct it by displacing himself from all offensive responsibilities. We all know this will not happen though.

You'll be spewing this same garbage after our upcoming losses.

Really accurate description of the situation. Great point about the irrelevance of the pass to run ratio. You really called out Stacy and those with similar mindsets. The number of attempted passes becomes meaningless when they are all comprised of just a few plays that are called over and over again at the most predictable moments.

He's had 8 years and all these "sky is falling threads" have never mustered more than a slow drizzle.

The philosophy of Les Miles football isn’t for you to LIKE.

It is to win in the SEC and he has done that.

I can’t stand our O, CANT STAND IT.

But I will not argue with success and I will not support the tear down of a program just to please a damned eyeball test.

Will my shared view point still be considered garbage in another year, another two years?

You're supporting a tear down of the program by failing to recognize offensive coaching failures and then supporting the correction of those problems.

He doesn't have many incompetencies. He has a lack of imagination on offense. And maybe a time issue or two.

He has won a NC and a couple of sec titles. In the end you judge a coach on wins and losses and he has that. And as a bonus he's a character guy who always does what he believes is right for his players and family. That's an admirable quality you probably won't be able to replace with a successor. Les is an oddball but it's also what makes him good and bad.
