I was talking about Miss St., the other team to TRAVEL ON A GAME DAY the point was that the feeling just isnt the same, and that Tennessee will likely get off to a slow start to never recover
Thanks for what, showing up and playing a game that they are supposed to play. hotel rooms were made available to them last week sometime, and they refused them. Phil said that they would have to kick relief workers and electrical personnel out of their rooms to made room for tennessee football team. What a humanitarian, especially since alot of the electrical workers have already left hotels in Baton Rouge.
Chartered flight. First home game in Tiger Stadium this year. Louisiana fans itching for a game. It might not get the agreement from a lot of people here, but I believe that they'll let the UT flight land as quickly as possible to their scheduled time. Call it "Reverse Kingfish treatment" if you will....
Phil is flying in with a ready made excuse. If it is raining, he will say this game should have never been held. I may be wrong, as often pointed out, but I believe that the ut brass can't spend this much time talking about the situation, fly in on the game day, and not have some of these kids from ut getting gunshy. If it is raining or stormy on Saturday there will be some pysch-out kids on the ut sideline. Make the stadium lights flicker and play some thunder over the PA, could be fun.
I thought that by making them walk out in front of a roaring, live Bengal tiger was pants-pooping material on it's own?
Here, Here! Fulmer is slime! Don't be surprised to see him try to weasil out of this game if he has the smallest opportunity.
I can promise that Fulmer is either on the conference call or told whoever was....that UT would not travel to Louisiana. That fat basterd will do anything he can to get out of this game being in baton rouge
